Welcome to Studio Noir

Studio Noir continues to offer the highest quality music education to our community in Long Beach New York and beyond.   Our first virtual music lessons began in March 2020 and have proven to enhance the lives of many across the United States as we learn to utilize and master new technology with our peers.

Benjamin “Benoir” Metzger is an award-winning Long Island-born performer both admired for his performances and community arts leadership skills.  His experience as a multi-instrumental performer, producer, and recording artist offers students great insight into the realm of the performing arts.   Ben loves what he does and it shows in the countless smiles of his students before, during, and after lessons.  Our staff has grown as well, with college-educated teachers specializing in Brass, Woodwinds, Strings, Percussion, and recording software.

Studio Noir continues to offer in-person private and group music lessons including the Tuesday night Long Beach Ukulele Orchestra which hit a high note performing at the Landmark Theater in November 2019.
